Terrible experience at this place today. My food was stone cold. Why? Because rather than deliver your food to the table, they call your number and you collect it. No problem with that, but doesn’t work if they mutter/whisper your order number.
So when I heard my number, I collected my food. But it was totally cold. Turned out it had been sitting there for 10 minutes and they claimed they’d called my number several times before I eventually heard. I’m not deaf so can only assume they mumbled it to themselves
Wouldn’t you think they’d do something to tell the customer rather than simply let the food sit there and go cold?
When I complained, they reheated it in a microwave. Still wasn’t really hot, but I’d given up by then.

Coffee 101 has excellent breakfast options, both the 101 Breakfast and the vegetarian breakfast are to die for (and I nearly did, climbing up the mountain to get there). The 101 breakfast is like a traditional American breakfast. I am endlessly hunting for a traditional American greasy-spoon breakfast for a reasonable price and by George I think I've found it. Due to COVID-19, the cafe has adopted extra measures to offer a sense of hygiene and comfort for guests.
The menu is essentially the same but it looks like the team had been changed.
