Rather than the standard conveyor belt, your sushi is delivered by a 'train'. When you sit down, you get given a QR code. Scan and the online menu appears. Browse, order and confirm. The food is then delivered by the train to your seat. Remove the plates and the train glides away. Everything worked and the food arrived within a reasonable time. Food itself was fresh and enjoyable. Cost was HK$112 for five plates. Take your QR code to the counter to pay after you've finished eating. Dropped a star because no-one explains how to order, there are no instructions and it's just assumed you know.

I am super disappointed in the quality of fish. The fish in the photo came in a set of 3 and this is one of them. The fish still has blood in and it tasted super bloody and terrible. Additionally i ordered their otoro and it was absolutely horrendous. They gave me a horrible cut of fish for $27 and it was so tough that I had to spit it out.

Honestly, very disappointing product and experience this evening whereby the staff really didn't care, taking a dish I'd complained about back to the kitchen, before returning with exactly the same one... have been coming regularly, I won't be coming back again anytime soon.

We arrived at 16:00 and at this time the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. There where only a very limited selection of food on the belt. The locals and myself where ordering from the menu instead and received fresh prepared food. Probably a good option in the slower time of the day anyway. I give only 4 stars because I want to be served by a toy train if I eat...
