Maison Kayser (Kennedy Town) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Just bought ‘Beef, Mushroom, cheddar quiche’ but the beef look like pink and tastes like bacon…and they’re pink so I thought it’s the other flavor - ham and cheese instead.

Also all the salad vegetables are not fresh, amd the sauce is dense..how come? Please keep and sell fresh food only, with correctly distinguished labeling.

If the vegetables are not fresh, should have a small discount instead or any other indication instead. I think it’s not this worth to pay in its original price for this quality. Quite disappointed with their food...

Just came across this place tonight for the first time. Liked the look of the raspberry item. As I was reminded once again, looks can be deceiving. As far as I know, there is no good Western bakery item in HK, and this is no exception. Not authentic and at 30HKD extremely and unnecessarily expensive. I will continue instead to go to my local, family-run HK-style bakery in Mong Kok, where I get the best baked items for between 4.5 and 12 HKD each. Bad taste and not...

Five stars for the texture on all the pastries: Other items like financier are really good, sticky and cakey at the same time.

Sliced breads and sourdoughs are good. Focaccia even better.

Salads and sandwiches are very fresh in the morning.

Coffee is ok, but it is a popular place so prepare to wait a little, but at least it is one of first to open in KTown with decent amount of seating for a...
