Souffle pancakes were not cooked enough. It was almost egg and wheat dough. Even though it was for the soft and fluffy texture, it should be shaped like a BREAD, very soft & moist cake, NOT a raw egg congee. even it was not warm inside. If I had consumed it at the restaurant, my evaluation would be different. It's because chefs could make the cake for me, again. These people here treat the foreigners very badly. We wanted to order 2 souffle pancake and 2 coffee but they refused to let us sit inside as we were 6 of us. They said we have to order 6 things to sit inside and they were so rude to our elderly people shouting at them to get up from the table. The worst experience we had in the entire trip so far. My parents got terrified with the way they shouted. And they refused to even take orders from us, they made just us to stand out order and pay first and then go inside. It really felt like they were purposely treating us badly....
