There are a handful of coffee shops along Electric Road between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill neighbourhoods including Prisma at the corner of Electric and Watson. Opening hours are 8am to 2am (weekdays) and 10am to 2pm (weekends) and occupy two shop units, one for placing take-away and stay-in orders and the other filled with table seating.

Prisma offers a good range of traditional coffee drinks as well as pour over, non-coffee and tea drinks. They also prepare a small selection of food items for those who fancy a bite to eat. During a recent pass by, I tried their espresso macchiato that was quite good. Espresso was mellowed out by the milk and foam and had a nice nutty finish. I enjoyed the drink and would happily return for another round or to try one of their interesting signature and...

Arrived at 1100 on 13 May 2018, the shop was not opened. Revisit again at around 1530, seems the shop was closed without notice on Facebook. Very disappointed.

After passing by the shop several times, it is finally opened for business at a Friday afternoon. The shop is small with around 10 seats. Order a latte and the art is beautiful, the foam is smooth and overall tasted good. Before leaving the shop, I found out the latte was made from oat milk and I was surprised that the taste and texture was very...

Great local coffee shop, with your typical caffeine fare. Tried the Chai latte and it was a nice pick-me-up after lunch to reboot my energy for the remainder of the work day. Seating is open, so even though there is air-conditioning, it can get hot quickly if it's hot and humid outside. The location is a little bit strange, in the middle of car repair shops and garages.
