This was my first experience there. Tables and chairs are cramped and closely packed. Don't ever sit at the table closest to the kitchen. The sponge of the seat is totally worn out. You will hurt your bums because you are essentially sitting on wood covered by cloth. Fortunately, I changed to the next table and not had to suffer through. On the positive note, the price is reasonable and so is the serving size. The tandoori chicken is the juiciest I've ever tasted in the many Indian restaurants I'd been to. The samosas are a good size and tasty too. However, I was not impressed by the chicken curry which lacked taste and color. It was the same color as the fish curry which was of similar taste. Service was not bad. But when I asked for 2 take away containers, one of the lids had food stains on it. I asked to change it but it seemed that they took it back to the kitchen to wipe it off and return it to me with grease stains still visible. I insisted on a new lid rather than one that was just wiped off to which I was ultimately given. I would probably go again and give them a second chance just because the samosas and tandoori chicken were...
Read moreThere were 16 of us visiting there lunch time. They had lunch sets and their usual al Carte menu. The lady working there told us that the lunch set portions were half of the portions from al Carte menu and encouraged us to order it instead of lunch sets. Lunch sets were $80 including a main dish, a drink and naan. But a dish from al Carte was about $110 and up. When the dishes came, they were so tiny. We saw the lunch sets from other customers’ tables and they were exactly the same size as ours. So we paid double for the same portions. We felt being cheated and will never come back. Sure they made more money from us than if we ordered lunch sets but they also lost 16 customers. Poor and dishonest act by the restaurant. The lady working there probably overheard us complaining about the small portions, then she offered free naan and a free lassi. But sorry we’d rather you be honest about the portions. Won’t...

We really enjoyed our meal at Tandoori Junction. All three curries we ordered were delicious and tasted freshly made. The spices were mild, and each dish had its own unique flavor. The butter naan presentation was a little fancy in my opinion—it came hanging on a stand—but I guess it's part of their signature style.
The only slight downside was the wait time (around 20–30 minutes), but the food was well worth it. We enjoyed everything so much that we took leftovers home. Definitely recommend giving this...
