🔸Shio Oyster Soup Ramen A soup base of oyster, pork and fish broth was used in this signature ramen. Thin noodles complemented the fresh oyster oil, homemade oyster paste and parsley, which were all rare toppings in ramens, to bring out the rich essence of oysters🤤 🔸Tonkotsu Smoked Pepper Ramen Pork broth did not disappoint - it was thin but rich in flavor, and the addition of black pepper and pork bits made the flavor really intense🥰 🔸Marinated Oyster Sushi Marinated oyster itself was good enough, but even the rice was cooked in oyster broth.
