Here you make orders at the counter. I ordered a smoked salmon bagel with iced earl grey latte. One of my friends ordered the signature crab meats with guacamole bagel while the other two ordered the signature black truffle scrambled egg bagel. We also got a black truffle mayo fries to share

When the bagels and fries came to table, we were a bit surprised. Plates were huge, portion looked massive. We all expected it to be a light meal but turned out a big filling one. Bagel was on a crispier side, not the chewy type. Perfectly toasted with poppy seeds and sesame on top. A bit difficult to cut it apart with fork and knife, definitely required some force. My smoked salmon bagel sandwiched some large leaf lettuce, two types of tomato and smoked salmon. This combination was refreshing and had no way getting wrong. Iced earl grey latte was a bit disappointing. Not sweet at all and very watery. It tasted even blander after the ice melt.

They gave generous amount of fries, we couldn't finish it even shared among 4. Thick cut fries wasn't crispy and a bit oily even served hot. But truffle mayo sauce was so good, saviour of the plate. It's the kind of dipping sauce that could make everything taste excellent! For the crab meat avocado one, tatare was mixed with chopped onion which I personally don't like. For the egg truffle one, egg was runny and looked like waterfall placing on top the bagel. Very buttery with deep aroma and strong fragrance of truffle.

Bagel with Truffle Scrambled Egg

A well toasted bagel with just enough seasoning that complements its refreshing lettuce and tomato topping. I am genuinely impressed the little details in processing the topping to not make the bagel moistened!

The bagel serves with a rich, truffle-infused scrambled egg in a generous portion, though its richness can be a bit overwhelming towards the end. A lighter touch of oil may make a difference.

Iced Coconut Latte

Darker roast with a hint of bitterness pairs well with the coconut. However, when the ice melts, the coconut started overpowering the coffee.

An extra shot of expresso and thicker coconut milk may help.

The cafe is with a modern industrial theme with concrete walls, dark-tone furniture and modern arts. With the soft sunlight radidating into the shop, it's very relaxing

The food is good here and the coffee is OK.

The issue is the practice of kicking people out when their alotted time is done. I understand that they need to pay the rent, but: 1) they should inform you when you arrive that they have this policy; and 2) they should consider the client situation - if my friend and I had ordered two coffees and sat there for 90 minutes, I can see that they might want us to move on. However, we had had two full meals and three coffees - well over hkd400 in spending (the coffee is expensive).

One gentleman beside us ordered a meal after he had had coffee and worked for a while. Right as he put his fork down at the end they came and took the plate and told him to leave - no time to let the food settle or to order the after-meal coffee he may have wanted.
