Craft Coffee Roaster is a must-visit if you're a coffee lover in Hong Kong. Located conveniently close to where I stayed, this specialty coffee shop left a lasting impression on me. As soon as I entered the shop, I could tell that the barista takes great care in ensuring the quality of their coffee. And the taste did not disappoint - it was hands down the best coffee I had during my time in Hong Kong.

While the service was acceptable, the shop is quite small and not really suitable for gathering with friends or colleagues. However, if you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee, Craft Coffee Roaster definitely fits the bill.

I love coffee. I love how there's such a huge contrast between different roasters, bean origins, blends, brew time, grind size, etc. Every cup will not be exactly the same.

I've had a lot of coffee and id say this cappuccino is my second favorite I've ever had (first is Grand Coffee in San Francisco). The Honeysuckle was sweet, fragrant, and just so tasty with the Meiji milk that was steamed. I also had a slice of banana bread with this.

The aesthetics of the store was the cherry on top. Having a tamper as the door handle made a lot of sense and made me stop and chuckle. I've never seen it used as a door handle before.

A very chill and cozy craft coffee shop in Tai Kok Tsui.

The dark chocolate mocha was outstanding when compared with other mocha sold in the market. The steamed milk perfectly combine the flavour of coffee and dark chocolate. More importantly, the dark chocolate flavour was much stronger than other mocha made from coca powder. Definitely on the must try list for dark chocolate hunter.

The lemon tart was a very decent dessert option in the cafe. The citric and the zest help relieving the heaviness of the tart from the butter and sugar.
