The lady with Beanie and Glasses needs to chill out a bit. I understand it’s stressful cause of the lack of employee, but that ain’t our problem. And yall know well this place ain’t cheap, we were suppose to pay and have an experience. It felt like the staff did not want us in here. Vibe: Close to None Food: Okay, very little portion Coffee: Okay Staff: quite confusing tbh, straight up told people “do not come in, the table is not ready.”
HK is not somewhere you would expect good service and attitude, it’s fast and efficient and good priced. But hey, this place is slow, not efficient, short of staff and expensive. I would normally tolerate, but yall have no excuses here.
Get ur shxt together, get more staff, and the lady with beanie to chill out. I like their Yunnan blend espresso, there are 4-5 other blends you can choose from as well for espresso based drinks. At this branch, I recently had a Dirty Mocha, nicely served with cold chocolate base and a warm espresso top layer. It is a good coffee drink, something different to your traditional iced-mocha or hot coffee drink.
In the end, there are several coffee spots in this area of the city of Fortress Hill and North Point, Coffee Academics is amongst the best of those options...
Read moreI visited this charming café for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered eggs, pancakes, and a hot chocolate, and I can confidently say the pancakes were the best I’ve ever had in all my travels. There was something truly special about them—perhaps a unique ingredient or preparation that made every bite unforgettable. The eggs and hot chocolate were delightful as well, perfectly complementing the meal. The service was warm and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this café to anyone looking for an exceptional...
