The environment in the dessert shop was atrociously DIRTY, which was very UNACCEPTABLE. To make matters worse, a BIG BLACK COCKROACH even climb on my clothes, and it almost got into my dessert. Not only the hygienic problem, the staff even make me to pay for this shit. None of the people on the earth should come to this shop. Friendly reminder, the BIG BLACK COCKROACH was still in the shop.

Some hot desserts like the walnut paste and black sesame paste are nice, as well as the sesame balls. Steamed milk was abit dry, and ginger soup used to be spicier, now more sugary than gingery. Overall a nice place for desserts. Pricing not as cheap as I think it should be, but also not overly expensive.

Food is ok. We were dining inside. Observation... SANITARY BIG PROBLEM: when I saw their staff wearing blue latex gloves touching and flip the carton lying on the FLOOR. With that SAME glove, she went straight inside to the counter preparing food, went to the fridge to get food into the stainless bowl. Yikes!!!

the fresh bowl fell on the floor, she picked it up then rinsed it with just water then put it back to the stack of clean bowls. Yuck!!!

The customer came to take out the order, with that SAME glove prep food, hold money, rags, etc. YUCK 🤢🤮

I usually ordered takeaways so I didn't know. But after this. I will never go back there!!! Remember NOT to recommend my friends there!!!

Tsui Yuen Dessert is a nice place for Chinese desserts, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. Tsui Yuen is a chain restaurant for dessert, and they offer great Chinese desserts. Visited here a couple of times, and the experience is good. The restaurant is clean and tables are not packed. Price here is reasonable and...
