There’s a member of staff here who is awful to her colleagues- when I came here at 9pm one day she was just yelling/screaming non-stop at her colleagues, without thinking about their dignity at all/ the effect on the customers comfort.
There was no reason to do so- the shop was quiet, there was no stress. It seemed like she was unhappy about him not following instructions like she told him yesterday.
It made me and my boyfriend feel really uncomfortable and want to leave immediately.
The other staff are nice though.
The food is standard, but leaning towards being overcooked.
The service aspect left me wondering whether the head brand knows how poor the standards...
Read moreIt's terrible and unbelievably dangerous. The space between tables is so small that literally everyone has to walk side way! What's more outrageous is that they are offering hotpot! Since there is not much table service to speak of, everyone has to help themselves with ordering, taking the food, mixing the sauces, adding the soup. The owner got angry that she had to walk over to the cashier and check us out because the kiosk doesn’t take AMEX. So we paid in cash, but I guess we were an inconvenience to her. There was this mentally ill female employee that kept standing near us looking at us bug eyed lol. I kept waving to her then she finally left. And the little boy in the back cooking that spoke perfect English but pretended not to understand when i asked for some ginger. What was Japan thinking giving China access to this...
