I've never had galbi tang in Korea so I can't vouch for its authenticity, but it is normally my go to Korean dish in America. While the soup doesnt taste anything like the flavor I normally associate with galbi tang, it does have a rich beefy flavor. The short ribs are tiny (small amount of meat) compared to what I normally see. It lacks the radishes and egg I typically see in galbi tang. We ordered spicy cold noodles, cheese tteokbokki (not pictured) and dumpling rice cake soup to share, total came up to ~$60 per head. The noodles were spicier than expected but very good, the soup was eggy and nice on a chilly day. The cheese tteokbokki was as expected, but very cheesy!
