Came on a Sunday evening. The place was full, and we did not have a reservation in advance. Waited for a while before we were shown to our seat. Waited some more before I could get hold of someone to give us the menu. Waited yet again before someone finally came to take our order. The Sliced goose was very tender and soaked up the braised sauce nicely. The meat was not dry and goes well with the dipping sauce. The tofu in braised sauce was smooth amd soft. The oyster congee was also good with lots of fresh oyster, some dried sole fish and Preserved vege. The broth was full of umami flavour with a hint of peppery taste to it. The oyster pancake was very good. Loads of fresh oysters and the dipping sauce lends an extra layer of taste to it. The crispy chicken stuffed prawn paste was also good. Crispy on the outside and a little bite to it on the inside with prawn paste mixed with water chestnut although the filling was a bit too thick. But still very good. Very good food but a bit under staffed...

Food was overall good, however the utensils were not clean enough. With a light wipe, all the dirt was seen on the white tissue paper. Looked terrible.
The shop was crazy busy on weekend, better make a...

Some dishes, like the fried oysters and steamed fish, require advance reservation, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a visit. They also serve classic Hong Kong drinks like milk tea and iced lemon tea, which add a nostalgic touch to the meal. A great spot for authentic flavors and a lively...
