SUSHI GAKU — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Food was fresh and delicious, a little on the smaller size for portions in my opinion but still good. The serving of food was very inconsistent, two of the three meals came out and we were almost done before the last one came out. Mandatory 10% service charge which is becoming common but not very widely adopted yet in Hong Kong.

Very polite staffs (extremely, extremely rare in Hong Kong nowadays), very professional chefs. The food was excellent, very fresh and refined. The whole restaurant was surprisingly clean. We thought we were really in Japan! The atmosphere was just TOP.
