金泰皇泰國菜館 Phoowongthaifood - 九龍城泰國菜 — Restaurant in Hong Kong

It was nearly 6pm by the time we came out of the cemetery. Since this part of Hong Kong was well known for Thai food, we decided to have our dinner here before going home. We have chosen this particular Thai restaurant because we like the look of this place, which was clean and tidy. The waitress was friendly and patient while taking our order. Because of the big platter of char-siu we had for lunch. We opted for three almost meatless dishes. First the stir-fry young cabbage leafs, and second Song-Dumm, a salad like mixture with ingredients of thinly sliced green (young) papaya, onions, roasted peanuts, fresh chillies & etc tossed together with fish sauce and vinegar. Third, the Pad Thai, pan-fried rice noodles Thai style, and a fresh coconut water drink. All were very nice and fresh, which are exactly what we expected the Thai dishes should be....

The staff had given us the wrong order yet they insisted that we still try it out even though we knew that they got our order wrong yet they still insisted that we were wrong and they wanted us to eat the food that we didn’t order and we didn’t get the food we paid for so I would not recommend anyone come here since the staff were rude with them saying rudely to try out something new that we had no interest in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! If I could give the restaurant a negative believe me I would. If you come here...
