A Flavorful Italian Escape with Friends! 🇮🇹
I recently had an amazing time with my best friend at this charming Italian restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re looking for delicious food and a relaxed vibe, this is the place to be.
Atmosphere The atmosphere is so cosy and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home.
Detox Lunch Set We decided to go for the detox lunch set, which came with 2 hours of free-flow mocktails. What a refreshing way to spend the afternoon!
Starters We kicked things off with the Endive Salad—the combination of ingredients was fantastic! The endive had a tasty bitter sweetness that really set the tone for the meal, and the shallot dressing added a lovely aroma. We also tried the Polpette della Casa and the Bruschetta 208. The bruschetta was a standout—juicy tomatoes on crispy toast with smooth burrata. So delicious! 🍅🥖
Main Courses For our mains, we had the Squid Ink Caserecce, which was bursting with flavor, and the ’Nduja Carbonara, rich and satisfying. Both dishes featured housemade pasta that was just divine!
Pizza We couldn’t resist trying the Pizza Bologna. It was delicious, but honestly, the portion was a bit too much for just the two of us! Three types of cheese made it indulgent and comforting. 🍕🧀
Desserts We finished off with Brioche Siciliana and Tiramisu. The tiramisu was classic and moist—definitely a must-try!
Overall Experience I loved every moment of our meal! There were so many dishes I wanted to try, and I’m already planning my next visit. We even packed some leftovers to take home! If you’re in the mood for authentic Italian cuisine, this place is a gem. Highly...
Read moreExcellent Italian meal in a new restaurant with great atmosphere, friendly staff and large tables and chairs with plenty of space.
Dinner commenced with free warm focaccia, olive oil and balsamic vinegar which staff happily replenished, twice! We shared the Prosciutto with white polenta, parmesan chips and crispy sage. This was a large plate of food to begin the meal and great value for money. For the main event we both had the Veal Scaloppine with lemon sauce, capers and spinach. This dish was sensational! Great flavours, veal super tender with spinach cooked to perfection. The lemon sauce and capers rounded out a fabulous hearty dish. I enjoyed the Pannacotta (amarone grappa, mix berry coulis) to conclude the evening. Served in a large glass this dessert was smooth and refreshing.
Overall this dining experience was fantastic after a day of exploring a humid and hot Hong Kong! Highly recommend...
Read moreI had high expectations for this restaurant and decided to visit with my husband on a Friday night after work, hoping for a delightful experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. Some of the staff members were surprisingly rude. The receptionist was particularly unfriendly—she barely made eye contact and didn't even bother to say goodbye as we left. Her indifference was rather off-putting.
Additionally, a waitress on the second floor, who spoke Cantonese, had a bad attitude. When we requested vinegar for the bread , she poured it directly into our plate without a word and walked away immediately. This lack of basic courtesy made our dining experience feel like we were eating in a typical Cantonese canteen, rather than at a restaurant we'd looked forward to trying. Overall, it was a letdown. But some of the other staff were very friendly and nice to us. So try...
