Not a lot people becuz the location is uphill though it was only a 12 minute walk from the MTR so it’s super worth it with how good the food was! It’s an average weekday at 2pm so there are plenty of seats to bring your friends along😌 Had the smash burger with potato salad and the dessert was churros :P (Pink Set $198) •Smash burger: -SUPER SUPER JUICY, but not to a point where it’s messy becuz the juice was tightly packed into the meat -the cheese put was definitely adequate -bread and bun ratio was perfectttt -other toppings like onions and pickles had a tangy flavour which was amazing with the patty Whole thing was like a party in my mouth And super filling •Potato Salad: Super classic potato salad, have been craving one for months so I have bias for this one but the sauce was adequate, wish that there was more but it’s pretty reasonable with the price •Churros: -Soft, crunchy, absolutely delightful as a treat after everything!!! -Chef of store recommended the chocolate sauce and it was NICE!

Service: -Super kindly, was able to chat with owner -W music taste -Chef was chill as heck And very considerate , brought a cup of ice water over to the table after I ordered

Overall: SCRUMPTIOUS So good that I ordered takeaway for me to try at home 😋

BEST SMOKED MEATS/BBQ IN HONG KONG!

This not so quaint hole in the wall Japanese restaurant now turned American BBQ along Tai Ping Shan should form any HK’ers must try list for American BBQ.

Serving up house smoked meats including turkey, melt in your mouth saucy ribs that fall off the bone, soft juicy slow cooked brisket alongside flaming hot Cheeto mac n cheese, charred zesty Brussels sprouts and more, Big Pink is like one big orgy heading straight to flavour town.

One think I really love about this place is how much labour of love goes into making the perfect smoked meat. And don’t get me started on the best damn pickles you’ve ever had…crunchy, fresh and apparently get flown into HK in big barrels!

Don’t leave without asking Niko for a gauntlet drink, or dip your tastebuds into one of the highballs (my favourite being the Pink highball). Stay for one or sit by the cosy bar for a few and make some new friends because this place sure can get busy quick! All the while listening to records and trying your hand on the arcade machine.

All I can say is that I walked in Australian and walked out boot scootin’ and tootin’ American all the way down Upper Station Street.

Tucked away just off Hollywood Road in Sheung Wan, Big Pink Burgers is absolutely worth the visit! The place is small and cozy, but what really stands out is the artsy interior decor —so Instagram-worthy that I couldn’t resist snapping a few pics.

Now, the food was Next-level delicious. The Orlando Smash Burger was an absolute flavor bomb—juicy, crispy-edged perfection. So good, I had to order a second round! And the **Philly Steak Sandwich was very satisfying as it didn’t miss the mark of a perfect sandwich.

Shout-out to the super friendly and helpful girl who served us—her recommendations were spot-on and made the meal even better.
