Maison Saigon — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I recently visited a Vietnamese restaurant in Kowloon Bay and had a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant was clean and hygienic, which was reassuring given the current situation. I was impressed by the quality of the food, especially the stir-fried water spinach and the Vietnamese beef noodle soup.

The stir-fried water spinach was cooked perfectly- it had a nice crunch and wasn't overcooked or oily. The dish was seasoned with just the right amount of garlic and salt, making it very flavorful. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who visits this restaurant.

The Vietnamese beef noodle soup, also known as "pho," was another standout dish. The broth was rich and savory, and the beef was tender and flavorful. The accompanying rice noodles were cooked just right, and the portion size was generous. I really enjoyed the fresh herbs and bean sprouts that were served on the side, which added an extra layer of flavor to the dish.

Overall, I had a great experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. The food was delicious, and the hygiene standards were excellent. I'm looking forward to returning soon to try more dishes...

This Vietnamese restaurant is not as crowded as other restaurants during lunch time as it is more pricey. Over $100 for a lunch set, I ordered the signature dry vermicelli with spring rolls, grilled pork neck slices, Vietnamese pork, and a huge meatball. It came with the fish sauce which was quite good. The portion was quite large I couldn't finish all the noodles. The set came with an appetizer and a drink. I got the chicken wings and they were deep fried and tasted good. The coffee was okay too. Not a bad place for a comfortable lunch if you don't mind...

Just opened in telford gardens, a Vietnamese Restaurant with honest Vietnamese dishes (Pho, Bhan Min, etc) at reasonable prices. The day we tried it was very busy and service was uneven, something that unfortunately happens now everywhere in HK. The food and the decor however compensated for the small errors and we enjoyed a great meal.
