Nha Trang Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Hong Kong

This chain is well-loved by many people I know, including a Chinese-Vietnamese friend. We used to go to the New Town Plaza location often, and this relocated one is just as good.

Portions are big. The pho is flavorful and has various topping options. There are a few interesting, nutritious, and tasty vegetarian dishes, especially the bun chay.

Also the coffee is great, especially the phin drip kind. Vietnamese coffee is my favorite and not many places serve it in HK.

I just wish they opened before 12, especially on weekends. I'm sure they'd still get plenty of business since The Wai is an absolute zoo...

Food much worse than some other branches. Curry sauce had separated into lumps in liquid and pork was tough and over cooked.

Pancake was disappointing - very large pieces of spring onion with lumps of fatty pork, little flavour. And presented with chopped leaves for some reason.
