Popular to locals and tourists alike, this un-assuming Vietnamese restaurant gives your money’s worth in terms of taste and serving size. They offer lunch set with very reasonable price. I ordered spring roll vermicelli salad lunch set that comes with cold Vietnamese coffee (+HK$3 if cold, free if ordered hot) and a side order of garlic bread. The spring roll is crispy on the outside, meaty and juicy inside. Generous serving of Vermicelli (more vegetables could have been better) and the sweet-sour-spicy-salty fish sauce is truly delightful to the taste. The additional $3 for a cold version of the coffee is just sensible—especially in a warm and humid day. I spent a total of HK$65 which seems reasonable for a tourist area. Meal sets are offered only on a weekday. Weekends seem to be a time for the restaurants to capitalize on tourists— so regular menu is offered instead at around the same price without the free drink. On a weekend, usual meal cost would be about HKD$80-100. Staff are friendly and accommodating. English speakers will not have a hard time ordering as menu have English texts. The staff can converse in English too.

I’m client since ages here . And i found crazy that still now you guys don’t know how to cook noodles for bun bo vermicelli salad and how to make a cold Vietnamese coffee . I needed to argue 20 minutes in that and the lady show me up the coffee bag to prove that it’s from Vietnam . Helloooo isn’t what i meant . I asked to make a drip coffee but ice with condensed milk .. not a bad and over sweetened milk coffee…. I mean you add condensed milk + milk + sugar yo !!!! This cost me 24 $ ….. if you rise your prices , your quality should follow!! Anyway so disappointed these days from you guys …..

The only Vietnamese restaurant in Cheung Chau and it did not disappoint. Very busy on a Saturday evening, but they gave us a large table for two. The food was very good, with a wide selection of common items. We had steamed rice rolls and a bowl of beef pho. The restaurant is also clean and had a party atmosphere too.
