If you are craving for crispy and juicy chickens, you should definitely try Puradak’s!

It is amazing how the outer layer of the chicken is crispy but still juicy inside. What we like about their chicken is that you can eat a lot without having that greasy feeling.

They have a variety of flavours and one of their best selling is the Corn-So Amazing flavour. The seasoning is so good and very addictive. You can’t help but to eat more of it.

We also tried another flavour which is the chili mayonnaise. The mayonnaise is sweet and the addition of chilli gives it a refreshing spicy taste, what a perfect balance!

Other than chickens, they also serve rice, soup, and also snacks. We tried the seafood pancake, big cheese sticks, and also the soft tofu soup.

We noticed that soft tofu soup is also a best selling dish here as most table have this ordered. The soup is very refreshing and really love the soft tofu.

We will definitely be back here again to try the other flavours of the fried chicken and other dishes~

Puradak Chicken is one of the most renowned 🏆 Korean fried chicken chains and I think a lot of people have heard of it before! It is finally my turn to try it! 😆 It also happens to be their 1 year anniversary 🎉 of their Olympic City branch too! We have the option to order separately but we tried their fried chicken 🍗 with fries 🍟 set! It is called Chill with Chicken & Ade set, which include 2 fried chicken flavour of choice, a mix of fries, and 2 ade! 🥤:

⬛️ Gimme Basak: ⬛️ As a big seaweed lover, 😍 of course I have to order this! The chicken is nice but the seaweed is even better! 🤩 I love how heavy the seaweed flavour is! They also have a few large pieces of fried seaweed on top! 🥹

🧄 Mad Garlic Sauce: 🧄 Another must-try flavour for me is the MAD garlic flavour. 😆 With the chicken totally submerged in garlic sauce, every bite was very satisfying!

🍟 Mixed French Fries 🍟 Their mixed fries consist of crinkle, waffle, wedge, etc. 👀 They added corn powder 🌽 on top but I like to dip them with the fried chicken sauce even more! 🤤

As someone who’s lived in Hong Kong for almost 20 years, this is the best Korean Chicken I’ve had in Hong Kong yet. The food is so so good and worth the price I’m paying for. The manager and the waiters are very polite and kind. I highly recommend the ‘Black Aglio Chicken” and “Chili Mayonnaise Chicken” - you won’t regret it.
