Ordered 3 dishes from their menu. Salt & Pepper Squid - Dish came out hot, batter was crispy and the squid was crisp but not chewy. Well seasoned. Score: 4/5 Stir-fried razor clam - Black bean sauce was a little too salty, clams were mushy and didn't taste too fresh. Slightly disappointed. Score: 2/5 Steamed pomfret - Was slightly apprehensive about this type of fish as it usually frozen and cheap but turned out to be the highlight of the 3 dishes ordered. Steamed for just long enough but not overcooked. Fish tasted fresh with excellent flavour with just enough soy sauce to bring it all together. Went perfectly with a bowl of white rice. 5/5

Scallops. We were a little disappointed with this dish because the scallops they provided previously were larger and tasted better.
