Never buy anything here! The prices are too costly, and they cheat customers with hidden charges and overpriced items. I bought coffee and snacks here, and the bill was shocking compared to normal Starbucks outlets. Totally not worth the money — please avoid this place if you’re traveling through Hong Kong Airport.

At any airport anything usually is expensive... expect higher cost in this SB but SB is SB so people queue. Wish the bar attendant today (020624 morning) would have been a bit friendly. Smile a bit and don't look like you do not like ur job.

So sad that HK Starbucks no longer sell earl grey tea Frappuccino 😭. Ended up trying their matcha and they are pretty good too! It’s a very small area, and all the seats are filled up. Staff member is polite and friendly.
