The amuse bouche was alright, and the starting drink was pretty good. The app risotto and main were better than the amuse bouche, but the key star was the dessert. It was a cheesecake with uni and caviar with a coconut cream. It sounds whacky, but it worked immensely well. Sweet, with a tinge of saltiness, that is quickly covered by the creaminess of the cheesecake and mellowed by the coconut cream. Fantastic dessert.
Lastly, the drink pairing started out well, but the following drinks didn’t really have anything to show for.

When I asked the waitress about charging the bill to my room so that my $800 HK dollars hotel credits of my package could be spent, she asked if it would cost $800 US dollars instead and eventually refused to bill it to my room. It was quite amusing that the bill cannot be charged to my room and a staff working in Hong Kong would say something so blatantly untrue on dollar currency.
