BEP Vietnamese Kitchen — Restaurant in Kowloon

The worst BEP of Hong Kong, never again BEP’s service in Olympic is the worst service I ever improved in Hong Kong. The service is so unprofessional that I was obliged to leave before starting lunch. Impossible to eat with such discomfort when you are feeling frustrated to be the client! I can tolerate an accident of service in a restaurant, but three times in a row cannot be tolerated. The score of 1 that I awarded is, therefore, not the result of a temporary bad mood. After three tests, I decided that the third one will be the last. My Chinese wife told me: « don’t be upset, this is a fast-food food restaurant ». Firstly, prices in BEP are not fast food industry restaurants prices. Secondly, KFC and Mac Do in the same mall better welcome you that BEP! By the way, I am so angry that I forgot to rate the food. BEP’s Olympic is not only the worst BEP for the service, but it’s also the worst for the quality of the food. Crowded in lunchtime at the Restaurant near the Olympic MTR Station even on Monday. Pho in soup (2 bowls) re ordered. Anyone wants soup in such hot & humid weather.

Briskets, beef balls & raw beef were included. The best was the brisket bcz it was juicy with concentrated beef broth, mild chewy with tinny fat.

The worst was the raw beef, which were tasteless & tough. Surprise that the local beef balls were juicy & chunky. They were attractive bcz not being bathed for long time.

Fresh herbs in two types included. Enough sprouts which were fresh, dwarf size & chunky Malaysian type!

Recommended to mix a herb leaf, beef & soup together into one mouth bit! Strong Vietnamese theme burst out from throat up to yr nose!

OMG! The soup was fair with only weak beef bone taste. Higher score bcz some deep fried Chinese dough pcs which re crispy enough.

Some waitresses spoke in Vietnamese when they’re chatting. They were polite & willing to add water...

We were walking around olympic and found this Vietnamese restarunt.

The pho came out cold, the beef sashimi was supposed to be semi un cook but was fully cooked 😥

We asked for some peanut sauce from 2 different waitresses for our spring rolls and both rejected me because they said peanut sauce was not meant for any of the food we ordered.

Probably will not repeat.
