Burger Lab — Restaurant in Kowloon

The Burger Lab is situated along Pilkem Street in the Jordan District, just a couple minutes walk from the MTR Station (exit C1 or C2). They have a handful of indoor seats or you can do take-away & delivery in the area. Opening hours are 12-10pm daily. They do a fair range of basic and creative burgers at the Lab. Prices are reasonable, portion size fair while burgers taste better than you'd expect.

Recently had lunch here and found their classic cheeseburger to be pretty good. Patty was grilled medium, a bit of a pink centre. Beef was juicy and flavourful. Excellent burger, the best I have had in Kowloon so far. I had the classic beef burger with a side of fries, although there were bigger burger options this was the perfect size for me and I was very satisfied. The bun was fresh and toasted with just a slightly crunchy surface and soft inside, just the way I like it. The beef patty was juicy ground beef, cooked perfectly and resting on top of some crisp iceberg lettuce. The restaurant is quite small and therefore has limited seating with just several bar stools but we managed to get a seat without any problems.
