We are giving a 3-stars for service level to the male boss who attend to us. He works in the day time and is the friendlier one with a smile.

There are 2 female staff (in full black uniform, an above average physique & an average size one) who deserved ZERO stars. They served out the dishes and collect payment. These 2 have a facial expression that looks like customers owe them money or owe them a living.

The above average physique lady is also the cashier usually. She is the one who will throw your cash change on the cashier counter instead of handing it to customers' hands. Seems like the fat one is also xenophobic cos she is impatient with our weaker cantonese. No eye contact entirely, no smile and no word of thanks.

Many such service staff have forgotten that their salary are paid by customers who support the business. Terrible attitude by the 2 female staff.

Even the other male workers who clear & clean up the tables have better manners than the 2 female staff.

We will avoid this restaurant because of such bad...

Lim Kek Han Charity Foundation Fund Association 's Volunteer had breakfast at 麗都餐廳Li Do Restaurant at G/F No.25 Parkes Street, Jordan, Kowloon on 28-3-2024 1014 hrs. The Restaurant showed Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate and FEHD License at the wall behind the cashier. Within one hour after the breakfast our volunteer suffered from diarrea for several times. It seems that the FEHD's system has failed to protect food safety in Hong Kong. On the other case of a restaurant 加東叻沙 蝦麵Katong Laksa Prawn Meeat No.8 Mercer Street, sheung Wan, Hong Kong which showed no Hong Kong Business Registration and FEHD License, the staff of FEHD claimed that their staff had inspected the said restaurant, however they could not provide any evidence of the presence of the inspector there...

The food was very average and pricier then other establishments in the area. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not a local or if it was just my luck, because when I paid with my Octopus card, the man at the cash says he didn’t hear any beep even though my phone clearly showed the amount being deducted. He then showed me a tablet of all his transactions and that my payment did not go through and instead asked me to pay cash. I debated with him for a bit and he told me to contact Octopus. I didn’t want to waste too time and make a big fuss in the restaurant, so I hesitantly paid him. Fortunately it wasn’t a large amount but will definitely...

This restaurant offers many kinds of dishes. It serves Asian food and also many Western meals. The café menu is a bit strong, so many people probably come in the morning. Inside, many tables fit groups of three or four. Prices look normal, almost the same as other places. I walked in just afternoon and ordered fried noodles with thick strands. The taste was mild, not hot, so eating was easy. The plate held enough meat and vegetables. The size was not big, yet the meal felt filling. Paying by credit card was not possible; cash and maybe an Octopus card worked. The menu shows many Chinese side dishes, so choosing can be hard next time.

Typica Hong Kong Cafe. Decent setting and service. Food is acceptable but more expensive than others in the area. Coffee is a good effort. Strong aroma and dark roasted. Fried egg has a smooth texture. The accompanying croissant is a nice touch compared to the usual toast. Tomato soup base for the macaroni is good. The beef is tested with bicarbonate but that's fairly standard pracitce. Chicken rice is a bit of a let down. Meat was heated in the microwave and has the "frozen chicken" taste. Rice and condiments were acceptable. Portion tends to be on the smaller side. All in all, ok experience but nothing exceptional.
