The #1 is as good as always at Come Buy Tea but customer service here was unacceptable.

Came here during 12 pm, there were only one staff and he was preparing the tea. He clearly see me but he have me waiting for a long time at the queue.

When ordering, his voice is arrogant and sounds like doesn’t want to help me. He spill the cup and just used a dirty cloth to clean so the cup was very slimy.

Giving staff proper training is important so i get the same experience...

I loved this tea spot, which was only a few blocks from the motel that I stayed at in Hong Kong end of last year. I came here multiple times. The wait is a bit longer than other boba tea places but it’s worth it! The price is steeper than other HK boba shops, but it’s still cheaper than US pricing! Wish they had this in the US near me! The machines are so cool!
