We had a mixture of classics and also more contemporary fare. The drunken chicken soup base was really good, I had a fear it would be bitter, but it turned out to be that perfect moorish broth. We also had the coriander/century egg/fish soup base, which was not lacking for flavour and despite having a few non coriander eaters on the table, they too felt this soup base was delicious.
Some of the dishes we had included the beef/cheese ball, pork/preserved veg ball, prawn ball. We also had beef cubes, beef slices, fried fish skin, fried chicken cartilage, wood ear fungus, assorted veg and actually too many to recall!
