There is a lot of competition in Kowloon City for food so restaurants have to maintain high standards or serve something different to be in the game.
Discovered Pavia the other day so decided to go there for dinner one evening.
The dinner dishes were quite impressive as they had Raclette cheese and Ossobucco which you wouldn't expect in Kowloon City.
Unfortunately, I was on diet so only had the Fresh New Zealand mussels in White wine sauce.
Bread is given before the meal.
The New Zealand mussels were indeed fresh with a lovely springy texture.
It was a little salty but all good and they were HUGE!

Ordered pumpkin soup, tastes like water.
