Came here for dinner with a friend. INK has a great location that overlooks Victoria Harbour A place to chill, to wind down after a hard day's work. If you reach around 6 pm, you can secure a seat that is next to the promenade. Watch the rendition of warm colors in the sky as the sun sets. while the building lights starts to lit up. A magnificent transition from day to night. Ordered thesalmon combo with fried rice. Salmon was above my expectation as it still retains the juice and tenderness. Not dry as I have expected given my past experience with sorrowful dried grilled salmon. The black fried rice however was a tad too dry. It might have been made a long while ago, as it has lost its moisture. Definitely room for improvement. Had also the fried calamari which I found to be fulfilling and nothing to disagree with except would have appreciated a slightly bigger portion. Ordered prosseco for the night. Bubbly which is a sign of freshness. Staff at the counter was polite and friendly. It's a spot where I will...

No matter how many years I work in HK f&b industry (kitchen) , I still cannot understand this kind of stupidity which a lot of places don’t even have a proper training. As a dog owner,HK has been a gray area where sometimes the rules can be applied or ignored. Anyway, I know that u cannot have indoor eating with dog and sometimes they won’t even allow dog sit on the chair eventho is an outdoor area. Yes, I totally understood but sometimes there is no sign but it would be ridiculous approach when u sit there for almost 30mins and finished the food and the staff told that u cannot sit there with dogs and asked to move to other side. Ok! But why would I ? I finished almost everything anyway. 🙈 if they would tell me earlier, I won’t find this thing will be ridiculous but anyway… it is what it is ! LOL...

Quite many time I had drinks 🍸 here , decent price and good options.

Food is above average, the other day had a burger 🍔 and it was surprisingly good 4.5/5

The biggest problem is the service, staff doesn't want to clean toilet, the chairs are dirty and with stains, people leave tables and those are not being cleaned for an hour or so. Even if a I asked a staff to clean almost a dozen of tables, they didn't do anything.

Beautiful view 😍 Building itself is lovely with a nice architecture.

If the cleanliness would be improved, I would rate it 5 stars 🌟.

I remember when they opened around 3-4 years ago, they even had a tip screen facing you after placed an order at the counter and the food you had to come and pick up. Still expecting for a tip, hilarious 😂. At least since then system...

The INK seafood bar is a casual alfresco venue on the harbour side of the Hong Kong Museum of Art (HKMOA) in Tsim Sha Tsui. Opening hours are 9am to 10pm daily. They offer a selection of wines, locally brewed Gweilo beer and other non-alcholic drinks, a handful of bar snack type orders, ice-cream as well as a few seafood mains which you can enjoy at this excellent location on Victoria Harbour. We recently stopped here for a glass of wine and pint of stout in between viewing sessions at HKMOA, finding both drinks to be just fine and reasonably priced. Overall, a good first stop at INK, a place we look forward to visiting again in the near future to enjoy the excellent views of the harbour and Hong Kong Skyline over another round of drinks and perhaps a food order or two next time around.

Me and my friend decided to sit out here for snacks and drinks so we could see the symphony of lights at 8pm. It was fairly busy at 7:40pm. We had to queue for about 15 minutes. We ordered 2 fruit punches and some snacks. The service was slow and the girl wasn’t very friendly at the bar. Unfortunately the drinks we ordered were tasteless and it tasted very watering so I decided to exchange it to gin & tonic which costs $75 each!! We stayed for just over an hour. But that evening we felt very ill afterward. We suspected that we had food poisoning!! It was either the drinks or the food made us feel so sick! I would never go back there again!!
