North Indian cuisine served in an Ethnic background depicting Indian culture from different regions of India. Well lit and comfortable seating area indoor and outdoor. It is situated in the China ferry building, Canton road, TST. We had ordered an assortment of savoury Chaat and it was delicious. Naans were soft with subtle flavour of garlic. Chicken in tikka masala was lightly flavoured and easy on the palate. We had ordered some vegetarian fritters which were fried to the right amount of crispiness. To round up a delicious meal we ordered kulfi which needed to be improved upon. Rasmalai was good but too sweet. Service was excellent. The curries are out of this world and their Punjab Curry made me feel that I’m having home cooked curry! Fantastic. When you are there, you definitely need to ask for the “Cumin Naan” which is off the menu. A secret epic mom recipe, according the owner. Speaking of out of this world, apparently I was sitting on the same table as “Miss World 2021- Karolina Bielawska” of Poland who happened to be there the day before. The owner, Khazan Singh (an ex-Hong Kong representative hockey team player) demonstrated his superb and impeccable Sikh's hospitable culture. The lamb Rogan Josh is a must try dish, as with the veggie Dahl Makini. We love the relaxing atmosphere of dining at the 'outside' space. The lovely aroma of the naan bread comes from a special Tandoor oven which was air-lifted to his restaurant with a total costs of HD$60,000 approx, with love from his hometown.
