Princess red is a dedicated colour with notions of nobility and elegance💖. Inspired by this royal colour, the culinary chef team has specially handcrafted an array of alluring red-coloured savouries and desserts, including the Rose Cheesecake🌹, Strawberry Napoleon, Lychee Mousse with Bird Nest and Tremella Jelly with Vanilla Panna Cotta, complemented with the classic Raisin Scones with house-made Jam and Clotted Cream, and more savoury selections. The restaurant was located at the Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal. Not very convenient but it's quite quiet. We came for the afternoon tea set as one of their promotional events. We were 15minutes earlier than our booking but the staff refused us to enter for reasons that it was yet to be opened. However, we noted there's a group of some Chinese patrons entering the venue even the restaurant wasn't officially open for business too. Strange ! Finally seated, we were suggested to order 1.5 sets for a group of three. Disappointingly, we couldn't change the beverage items as listed in the menu even we indicated to pay extra. We went to Pierside at Royal Pacific Hotel for Semi buffet lunch set. They have great deal on KKdays, Openrice or even at the hotel. The buffet table has various types of salad, including smoke salmon and grilled chicken salad. The mushroom soup is not really good at all. The lamb chop main course and fish filet main course are great, but the portion is a bit small. The dessert table is the best, with lots of good choices including Portuguese egg tart.
