Food was good don't get me wrong. But service was really bad from the guy in the cashier who took our order. He was rude and very disrespectful despite the fact that my wife was in a wheelchair. No initiative from any staff to help on where to park the wheelchair. Took care of it ourselves. Took our order while looking in the opposite direction. I would understand if it was busy, but there were only 5 other customers besides us. Very far from the services and politeness we get from other Lo Chiu branches. We will never go back despite the fact that we live next door. I will also tell all my friends who lives around the corner to not go there. Only 1 or 2 female staff were polite & kind. I work as a service associate for a hotel chain for 30 years & therefore very well versed in the importance of polite & good service. So I know...

I ordered the grilled lemongrass chicken and the service should warn me that they use whole chicken. In the end, I was waiting for 30 minutes and the lemongrass chicken was cooked with high heat and a lot of oil in the wok. When serving, the chicken was partially burnt, oily and pieces did not have a lot of meat. It was totallly waste of both parties, time and efforts... The lemongrass chicken did taste burnt and slightly lemongrass. However, nothing of the dishes have to do with Vietnamese traditional cuisine. I had to pay over HKD 320 for the order in the pictures and it was not worth. I am not really sure where the Michelin...

Noodles were fine, if not very Vietnamese (no beansprouts, fresh veg etc). Soft shell crab was delicious band very spicy. Service was a very disorganized - we ordered 3 of the SAME noodles and they brought one, but had given away the other 2 to other patrons. When we checked, they apologized and brought one more bowl. Again we pointed out that we had ordered 3x the exact same thing and finally they realized and brought the last bowl.

If they had just read the order sheet the first time this problem wouldn't...

Usually go to the other branch in Jordan but it is now permanently closed. I was told the food at this main branch is better. The soup was a bit more bland but the fried chicken wing is good. Reasonably priced comfort food but shop is not big. The restaurant gets busy quickly soon after it opens for lunch (on a Sunday) so might have to wait a while to get a seat.
