一入座就專人送上前菜。不得不提係碟泡菜,起初以為只係齋泡菜,點知夾夾下發現入面有蜆肉shocked,好驚喜啊!excited除此之外仲有一壺杞子龍眼菊花茶,清清地唔會死甜,仲可以無限添飲架!love

雖然可以自己調配醬料,但因為每一樣食物本來嘅味道就算唔點醬,已經好鮮好夠味,我建議大家調醬個陣可以輕手啲,唔洗落咁多。tongue
一開始會放排骨南瓜粥係鍋底到,等佢索曬唔同海鮮嘅精華。
1st round係花甲同基圍蝦,花甲好鮮甜冇沙lol!但啲蝦就唔係幾聽話,無論殼同肉質都玫左小小sad
2nd round係龍躉魚腩,肉質好實正,啖啖肉,一啲都唔腥。個面仲有層骨膠原yummy,非常養顏啊。
3rd round係元貝王同裙邊,裙邊同元貝王會分開蒸,以免其中一樣過生過熟。元貝王勁勁勁勁大粒,蒸完後個元貝殼裝住嘅水係元貝王嘅精華!元貝王蒸得岩岩好,好滑,肉質帶微絲。
4th round係豬梅頭肉,墨魚滑同蝦滑。前面個幾樣野我地都冇用過醬料,諗住到食豬梅頭肉可以用得上啦!點知sad啲醬料都係用唔著,乜都唔洗點都可以好好食,又唔會柴。墨魚滑同蝦滑好足料,食到濃濃嘅墨魚同蝦味,好滿足!
