Avoid at all costs!! Terrible service!!

First of all, the table wasn’t even cleaned when we were seated, and the waitress who placed the menus didn’t notice, we had to ask them to wipe it down ourselves.

The desserts were mediocre at best. The Mango Pomelo Sago tasted like it was made from canned mango purée. The glutinous rice dumplings were just okay — honestly, I’ve had better from street vendors.

Things went completely downhill when we ordered an extra item that never arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, I politely asked the waitress about it, and she responded with an impatient attitude, claiming we had only waited 10 minutes. She even gave me a look like I was giving her a hard time. I know it was twenty because I took a photo around the time I placed the order.

I’ve never encountered this kind of service attitude at a five-star hotel — truly eye-opening.

Afternoon tea in lobby lounge is often my favorite. I appreciate the comfortable environment of this place the most. Recently, mango and chocolate indulgence afternoon tea is the theme, and mango is also added to most of the food.

Foie Gras Frozen Toast with Crispy Chocolate: Frozen foie gras tastes special. Prawn Tata Mango Lime Sandwich, a fusion of mango and prawn paste, good taste. Prosciutto, Mango, Rocket Italian Herb Wrap. Prosciutto is generous and satisfying.

For the sweets: 70% dark chocolate baileys dome, rich in cocoa when paired with liqueur, it can make the taste become more neutral.

A nice and elegant lobby with tables, chairs and sofas and a relaxing atmosphere. We came for a dinner set. The food itself was nice, even though the food wasn't really hot, just warm. The dishes came very fast one after the other even the previous dish wasn't finished yet. For the beef I didn't have any knife when receiving the dish and calling after the waitress while she turned around was a helpless act. Finally, the tea after the dinner came with sugar, but without a spoon and the tea itself was bitter and tasted awful. The remaining 2 teas came 10-15min later, at least with spoons.
