My hotel room won't be ready until after 14:00 after I took the 08:05 Eva Airline flight in from Taipei.

With a few hours to dispense, I decided to walk about the waterfront area.

This vantage point is somewhat tranquil (minus vehicle horns honking).

I can see the landscape as I walk...

It was hard to find as it was on the top level of the bus station parking garage. After going around it and finding stairs to it I found that the wall display is currently empty with construction tape around it. Bummer.. nothing much to see aside from open cemented area with...
