Forget the search for the perfect Hong Kong stay, because you've just stumbled upon it! Hong Kong Park Hotel(Tsim Sha Shui) isn't just a hotel, it's an experience, and one I can't wait to relive on my next Hong Kong adventure. Let me paint you a picture: From the moment Mr. Ken at the front desk greeted me with his infectious smile and genuine warmth, I knew this would be special. Check-in was a breeze, setting the tone for a stay defined by seamless efficiency and friendly service. His close follow up with us on whether splitting the beds from my connecting room is much appreciated. And then there was the room. Sparkling clean, like a blank canvas just waiting to be filled with Hong Kong memories. Spacious connecting room with family, it was a haven of comfort after days spent exploring the vibrant city. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the high-tech amenities, oozed quality and care. Speaking of exploring, Park Hotel's location is pure magic. Nestled in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, it's like having a VIP pass to all the action. Victoria Harbour? A dazzling stroll away. Mui Kee Dai Pai Dong's legendary noodles? Just around the corner. Hastag B's iconic egg tart? Beckoning from down the street. It's like Hong Kong's greatest hits, played on repeat just for you! Really appreciated much especially after a day of tiring walk, you can reach your warm hotel in no time. So, kudos to the entire team at the Park Hotel. You've crafted a stay that's more than just comfortable, it's unforgettable. Your dedication to cleanliness, your prime location, and your genuine hospitality have earned you a permanent fan. I can't wait to return and create even more Hong Kong memories, with your hotel. P.S. Mr. Ken, you deserve a special shout-out! Your welcoming smile and helpfulness truly made the difference. Thank you for making my stay extra special. See you soon, Park Hotel!

5 Stars — A Wonderful Family Stay at Park Hotel Hong Kong I stayed at Park Hotel Hong Kong for quite a number of days and had both the Family Suite and the Quintuple Room during my stay. The hotel accommodated me exceptionally well — the staff were understanding, responsive, and quick to assist with repair calls. The location is phenomenal — close to great food (like the goose roast place across the street, master congee and Red Tea down the street for pineapple bun or egg tarts) and very convenient to the MTR (the best exit is B2, or P3 if you need a lift). The Quintuple Room is perfect for families — spacious and comfortable, with a king, queen, and single bed, three TVs, and two bathrooms. Though not partitioned, the extra space makes a world of difference. The family suite is smaller than the quintuple room. There was construction next door but it could only slightly be heard during day time. For families with babies, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. They provided baby amenities like a crib, guardrail, and bottle sanitizer. Even when the baby bathtub ran out, the staff purchased a new one so my daughter could bathe comfortably. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, even when we needed support visiting a hospital. If you’re arriving by Uber or ride-share, ask to be picked up and dropped off on Granville Circuit, not Chatham Road — it’s easier and less congested. There’s so much to do around the area, and the warmth of the staff truly made this feel like home. Highly recommend this hotel for families wanting a comfortable, authentic Hong Kong experience

Park Hotel HK is located at bustling street filled with endless eateries within the vicinity. The rooms are newly renovated and of good size and not tight with the price we paid for. There are 2 entrances to the hotel with the smaller entrance leading to the busier street. The staff are generally polite and friendly. Here’s a special shoutout to Jimmy for his exceptional service. We were waiting for our Uber ride at the hotel lobby for our journey to the West Kowloon Station with 4 large luggages in tow. As we were looking out for our ride that was marked ‘arrived’ but somehow didn’t spot the vehicle, Jimmy happened to notice and volunteered to check and see if we need any help with our ride, only to realize we made a mistake and accidentally chose the side entrance pick up point where vehicles cannot wait. Upon checking the booking on our phone, Jimmy told us it’s the other entrance that we’ve booked and immediately grabbed 3 of our huge luggages and dragged them to the other pick up point which was a distance away with traffic. Thank you so much for the initiative to check on us and being selfless and going the extra mile of lugging the luggages across the road! You’ve made the end of our HK trip a great one :)

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights with my wife and mother. We booked 2 superior rooms.||1. Location|a) It is located along Chatham Road, with entrance and exit points in Granville Circuit (main lobby) and Cameron Road.|b) 30-minute Uber ride from the airport to the hotel.|c) Around 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and around 7-minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tiu station.|d) 7-Eleven is just across the street. Other restaurants, shops, and groceries are just close to the hotel. |e) Walking distance to Nathan Road and Avenue of Stars.|f) There are construction activities along Cameron Road so be mindful if the Uber will pick you up on this side. Make sure to inform the driver to pick you up on the Granville Circuit side, where the main lobby is for convenient pick up and drop off.|2. Room|a) Spacious for a hotel in Hong Kong.|b) Clean and no smell from the outside.|c) We got a king-sized bed. The bed, sheets, and pillows were comfortable.|d) TV and air-conditioning worked well.|e) Our view is along Chatham Road. We stayed on the 6th floor. We didn’t hear any noise during our stay.|f) Decent wi-fi connection.|g) Hair blower, mini fridge, and coffee maker were available. Tea and coffee were provided.|h) Small table and chairs are placed near the window so you can also eat your take-outs.|i) The hotel gave us connecting rooms so it was convenient for us.|j) Hot and cold shower.|k) Body wash and shampoo were available.|l) No bidet on the toilet.|3. Hotel grounds and facilities|a) Main lobby is not spacious. Not enough seats when it gets busy during check-in and check-out. |b) The lobby appears old and tired but when you reach the upper floor for the rooms, the hallways and elevator lobby were better. Hallways on the rooms where we stayed were clean.|c) 4 elevators. All were working but during early morning, only 2 elevators were operational.|d) Hotel restaurant is available but we didn’t try it.|e) They have a drinking water refilling station on the elevator lobby. This is convenient since they provide a glass pitcher in the room that you can refill and even your water tumblers before going out.|f) No visible security on Chatham Road entrance so other people can just easily go inside and access the elevators (though hotel floors need card readers).|4. Service|a) Staff were friendly. Not all can speak fluent English but we encountered one front desk representative (name is Billy if I remember it correctly) who can speak good English.|b) They were strict with the 2PM check-in time. We arrived the hotel around 11AM. We just stored our luggage in the front desk and came back in the afternoon.|c) Check-out was fast and efficient.|d) They clean the room daily.||Overall, it was a decent stay in the hotel. We were able to sleep and rest well. The location is very good. This is a good option if the preference is to stay in...

Excellent hotel with excellent staff :)

I had such an amazing stay in Hong Kong in the Park Hotel. The hotel staff was amazingly warm and cooperative. Even before my stay at the hotel, they were prompt in responding to emails sent to enquire about the security deposit.

They charge a security deposit (fully refundable) of 120 HKD per room per night for your stay. In lieu of this amount, you get a handy phone that you can carry anywhere in Hong Kong. The phone comes with in-built free mobile data, and can be used for making phone calls to as many as 15 countries (including India). Yay! You don't have to rely on Whatsapp calls anymore while being abroad.

You get a wide variety of options in the buftet breakfast, especially if you are a non vegetarian and love sea food. A little disappointment for vegetarians as their veg food mostly comprises deep fried potato tikkis, samosas, and dishes made of mushrooms. However, you get a lot of options in fruits, salads, cereals with milk, and bread and butter. :)

Very tidy and clean rooms. All amenities in place, ranging from sanitary bags to sewing kits in the washrooms to hair dryer and safe (for keeping money) in the room.

The conceirge guys were also very helpful. Despite the language challenge, they tried their best to communicate with us in English. They helped us with metro routes and guided us about local markets too.

On the last day, the staff even extended our check out time by an hour without even asking for extra money. They were highly cooperative, warm, and welcoming. :)

I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers. Apart from all the amazing things listed above, the USP of the hotel is its prime location. It's centrally located at a walking distance to most markets, restaurants, shopping centres, and the Tsim Sha Sui metro station.

To sum up the review in one sentence - Great staff, clean rooms, nice amenities (except the gym which is in a small room), convenient location, and value for money. Go for it without even thinking twice.

Love for the...
