McDonald's (Woh Chai Street) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Sometimes I come here to get breakfast and most of the time when i get to work and I open up my package I am missing things. Today it is napkins and condensed milk for my pancakes, last time they forgot my pancakes, the other time they forgot my utensils. Last month my colleague went there to get lunch - lo and behold they forgot my fries. We even checked the receipt and we paid for it. The staff there are either chatting or playing on their phones during off-peak periods or they are not checking things properly when it is peak period. McDonald's is famous for serving consistent products all over the world, except in this Shek Kip Mei location, especially early in the morning (~7am), when bread goes stale and hash brown sticks to the paper wrap. Cashier is often rude and screams at customers. Our society's mistreatment of low-income neighborhoods seemingly does not end even at McDonald's.

Cashier was on his phone while I was ordering and when I told him to put it down to listen to me, he started instigating a fight and threw a tray at me, he removed his name tag and refused to tell me his name, when I asked the other staff for his name they refused to hand his name over as well, a report has been filed already. Pretty shocking to see how the staff here treats...
