I chose the beef brisket(牛腩 +HKD$13) which is very soft,tender and succulent . the beef tendon(牛筋)is very collagenic ,with a bite,soooo yummmm ,highly recommended . the tripe (牛肚） is soft and tender enought with a bite . . . the squid（水魷） is bouncy and springy . . love the rice vermicelli （米線）which is very al dente and springy . . Fish ball with veggie 魚肉生菜 HKD$25 . the fish ball is incredibly bouncy and springy . with nice intense fish flavour . value for money . . there is a secret numbing sauce with complex flavour . . customers can also order cart noodle toppings only without noodles!! . there are different degree of spiciness and flavour...

Food is okay but the overall service is extremely terrible. The price $100 for a cart noodle with 4 toppings including drink, veggie isn’t that cheap, I didn’t expect to be treated like this! That in-charge ah jie acted impatiently when I asked how to pay on the spot via their officially apps, then she sighed at me when I gave her $500. She thought it’s customer’s fault for not giving the exact amount! Later she didn’t help serve the noodle onto the tray and stared at me in an unfriendly way.
