INCOMPETENT MANAGER
We were sat down 55 minutes before closing time (9:05), being informed that we only had 10 minutes remaining to order (until 9:15), which is completely understandable. We order within 5 minutes (at 9:10) and then are forced to wait up to 25 minutes for the food to arrive (at 9:35). Immediately as the main course arrives the manager (Celina) slaps the cheque down on top of the cutlery holder next to our food. Then at 9:43 she rudely returns back to remind us in a very insistent manner that the cheque must be paid asap as the system needs to be closed before 10. I explain to her that I will just finish my food and then arrange for my card to pay the bill within 5 to 10 minutes, which she agrees to. Within 3 minutes (at 9:46) she returns and very rudely and sternly says: "Sir, the bill MUST be paid NOW". So I pay the bill once she brings the card machine over. I can see her closing her system from my seat and notice she finished well in time before closing (around 9:53, which is exactly the amount of time I needed to finish my food). After this she just sits on a seat in the restaurant and starts using her personal phone. This is why right before we leave (around 9:55), I ask to speak to her to give her the advice not to seat us in her restaurant if she is not able to accommodate us until closing time. She pretends to show some care, but just blurts out a careless "thank you for your advice" and leaves the table. I would clearly describe her as an incapable manager, the perfect example of a person unable to succeed in the customer service industry.
It is such a shame that a restaurant that offers food this good, with overall good staff gives a tarnished experience in the end. I will not...

The staff really managed to ruin this experience for us. We came in late and had 10 minutes to order. We did order within the given timeframe and food was served 25 minutes later. Seconds after we put on gloves and started basking into very juicy Korean wings, the manager snaps a wooden board with the cheque on it. No eye contact, no introduction and says loudly: “Thank you guys”. And from thereon it was just a charade of being interrupted from eating so she can close her system early, sit down and chat on her phone to kill the extra time she managed to save. Even when addressed about it, she did not care whatsoever.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. If the manager behaves this way, you can imagine the low-standards mindset...
Read morePretty expensive and not really worth it in my opinion. It was over $200 for a personal pizza. I got the kimchi bay chicago with the honey almond edge 泡菜海灣芝加哥 (蜜糖杏仁邊). They definitely have interesting flavours and the pizzas are unique, but they also didn't call me to pick up the food. This resulted in me waiting for a full hour. When I finally came back to see what was up, they then got mad that it took me so long to pick up my pizza...The pizza wasn't bad and I did like the flavours, but I don't think it was worth how much it costs and it was also...
