We knew we made the right decision to eat here when we noticed almost 80% of the diners were locals. If you're looking for local cuisine using fresh seafood and good quality ingredients, this is the restaurant for you. The deep fried intestine was done just nice. Not oily and crispy skin. Nicely paired with fried peanuts and cashew nut. Salt baked Japanese whelk was cooked just nice. Tender and yet firm texture. Can taste the umami freshness of the whelk.
