JUSTINDIA 印象派 — Restaurant in Sé

Went to chef Justin’s restaurant (justIndia) twice and was overjoyed with our experience. The food was fantastic with every dish curated with a sense of comfort but pushing the boundaries of flavours and culinary excellence. Every dish went beyond anything I could expect. His drinks menu was broad and offered a perfect option for everybody and paired well with the food. The best thing in my opinion was the lunch thali which went beyond anything I could expect. He took food designed to be a staple but made it so that it was the best I’ve ever had. I personally never go for a thali but it was a good decision to go for it and I received so many options with flavour that did justice to a whole country. It truly was a journey in one meal. But I save the best for last as the one part of the experience that stood out the most was chef Justin himself. He is the most humble and down-to-earth chef I have ever met who took time out to not only check how our food was but to wish me happy birthday and he really cared about us. Chef Justin is a chef that has worked in the best restaurant in Macau, has had a Michelin star for 8 years under his name and has cooked for some of the biggest celebrities in the world so for someone of his status to spend time with a regular customer and actually caring taking photos and bringing out a birthday cake meant so much to me and my family. The best Indian food in Macau!!!!! I recently had the most incredible dining experience at Justindia 印象派 and I'm eager to share every detail.

As soon as I walked in, the inviting ambiance of the restaurant immediately caught my attention. The soft lighting, tasteful decor, and comfortable seating created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a special meal.

The service was outstanding. The staff were not only friendly and attentive but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu. They provided excellent recommendations, answered all of my questions, and ensured that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch.
