The prices at the Aquarium in the ground floor are per piece, not for weight. My Wife choose a giant lobster. The Saleslady tried to translate something with a very bad translation app (not Google translate, we made good experience in Chinese with Google translate). her english was only good for "Only salt and pepper", that's perfect, that's the way we would like to taste the lobster. I ordered a Beef on chilly oil from the very nice menu. We received: a fried Lobster (no original taste anymore), and a bowl of oily water with some slices of ordinary bacon. The service was 100% perfect and attentive! They are always around us to refill tea and replace plates with the left overs from the pride lobster. The Lobster was 980 MOP$, my bowl was 300+ Mops. Also a mango was served (and charged). Without our order. But the food was disappointing because too much expensive and wrong way of preparation. After this and another "Original local cuisine" we prefer to eat at the normal hotel restaurants. We are keen for local cuisine, but we also keen for communication to the staff and reasonable prices, you can not get this at the fong kei restaurant. Le personnel fait la gueule, et on comprend pourquoi, je pense sincèrement que le patron est un esclavagiste. C'est plus cher que les meilleurs restaurants Deluxe asiatique. Tout, absolument tout ce que j'ai commandé etait de qualité médiocre. Pas de passion dans la cuisine , ni dans le sens du service. Ce restaurant est , je le répète, une insulte au metier de la restauration. Ma pire experience a macau.
