The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again...

Service is very personal. Róom amenities are very high standard and general upkeep is excellent.As a Macau resident, I'm really impressed to know such quality exists for such a reasonable price.Dining facilities have been cut back due to Covid and all food service is in the coffee shop in the lobby.
