Used to visit here for the great food, and just found out this place has revamped with new interior and spacious dining hall! The seafood platter was really worth trying, including abalone, fresh oysters & scallops, lobsters with just $888 I particularly love the Flaming Lobster Bisque with Cognac which was added 1/2 whole lobster in it. Amazing table service as well!

We chose the Paleta Iberico Ham (24 months) with Japanese Red Honey Dew Melon as appetiser, which was really refreshing. The succulent melon pairs nicely with the savoury ham.

The Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Matsuba Crab Meat, Sakura Ebi in Tomato Sauce brings out the umami from the crab, and infused all the flavours into pasta.

Another dish with table service, the Salt-Crusted Whole Sea Bass Flambé, was cooked really nicely with all the moisture locked in the meat.

Don’t miss out Kagoshima A4 Wagyu Beef Ribeye (200g) and Grilled Tiger Prawn as the main dish, amazing aromatic fat from the wagyu beef highlighted the night!

The desserts were really eye-catching, especially the Tiramisu Truffle. Smoke from dry-ice gives that dreamy feeling and the silky smooth mascarpone cheese was amazing. The hazelnut semifreddo really condensed that nutty flavours, although the texture could be even more airy imo.

Generally it was a great meal coming in great portion with reasonable price, which makes it particularly nice for family or friends reunion.
