Northeast Siji Dumplings Wang — Restaurant in Shanghai

Very cheap and incredibly tasty when you need a break from the high priced areas. This place is within walking distance from Jing'an Temple and/or Nanjing Road, very warm atmosphere, clean, and fast.

Service was quick and all of the food we had was really good. For 10 people we only paid 328 RMB, and that included the beer.

Recommendations: For large groups make a reservation, but when you call have the information ready in Chinese since the staff speaks very little English. I walked over at noon and showed them in text(pinyin and traditional characters) what I wanted.

The only bad part is that if you order something last minute then your bill may not reflect it until you go to pay and they hand you a new bill.

Overall a great place for affordable food...
