Tried to order Subway through their mini-app and the location pin was off—I accidentally placed the order at the wrong store. I reached out right away to fix it, but the experience was incredibly frustrating.

First, the online customer service is just a bot that loops you into calling the store. Then, when I called the store directly, the staff immediately said, “No refund,” with no apology, no explanation—just “That’s your problem, too bad for you.”

Honestly, it feels like Subway's system is designed to profit off simple location mistakes. And when it happens? Zero accountability, zero customer support.
