VUE Restaurant — Restaurant in Shanghai

We had a window seat with an amazing view. Unfortunately, the seating has one person with their back to the window. Dinner order consisted of wine, Perrier, Cesar salad, Parmesan risotto and a chicken dish.

Cesar was fine, nothing special at all. I watched the guy “prepare” my risotto. He used to precooked bowls of rice dumped into a sauce pan and added what looked like some cream, truffles, and cheese. Risotto is definitely not prepared that way and it tasted as much. Half raw rice with cheese and cream. Husbands chicken dish was honestly, disgusting. Very tough chicken with loads of bones and a very nasty flavor. We sent both dishes back.
